VIP is a multi-building development residing on 76 acres with three buildings totaling over 1,000,000 SF.  The proposed buildings vary in size from 212,160 SF with the largest being, 564,320 SF with a Clear Height variation from 32’-0” to 36’- 0”.  Buildings include both truck-style facilities and cross-dock facilities.  The project will begin construction in January 2023 with a planned completion date of November 2023.

VIP is in the West submarket offering convenient access to all the points of Greater Phoenix Metro.  The property sits just one mile away from the Loop 303 freeway which connects to Interstate 10 that is roughly six miles away.  Loop 303 & Northern Parkway Interchange is approximately .5 miles south of the project and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is a 25-minute drive from the VIP site.

Project VIP is located in the heart of large e-commerce companies, food and beverage operators and manufacturers.  Ball Corporation, Red Bull, White Claw and Cold Summit are just a few of our neighbors included in the 1,340 acre Woolf Logistics Industrial Campus.  Recently, Nestle announced construction of a new $675 million facility to the SE of our site.

The Site sits adjacent to APS’s Falcon 100MW Substation providing ample power to mission critical facilities in need of large, on-demand power sources.  Sewer and water is supplied by Epcor.
