Southwest Bay

Located near Russell Road and Edmond Street with frontage along Russell Road, Southwest Bay will bring 70,405 square feet of Class A industrial space to a supply-constrained Southwest Las Vegas corridor.

The 3.89-acre development by IndiCap is designed for small to mid-sized industrial users seeking modern, flexible space with convenient access to customers and operations throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

Southwest Bay will deliver a single-building Class A industrial project featuring 28-foot clear heights, ESFR fire sprinklers, dock-high and grade-level loading, robust electrical capacity, and flexible demising options. Suites will begin at approximately 17,600 square feet, with the ability to accommodate larger users seeking the full building.
